DebiprasadBhunia (b.1990, West Bengal) completed his BFA in Modelling & Sculpture from Govt. College of Art & Craft, Kolkata, and MFA in Sculpture from College of Art, New Delhi. He is the recipient of several accolades, such as, awards at Annual Exhibition at Govt. College of Art & Craft, Kolkata, 1st award at Annual Exhibition at College of Art, Delhi, Merit Award for Delhi Zone (Prafulla Foundation), AIFACS Best Award, Rabi join Memorial Scholarship (G.C.A.C, Kolkata), Portrait Scholarship (G.C.A.C, Kolkata) and Young artist award from Ministry Of Culture, Government Of India. He has participated in several group shows in India. His works are in collection with several private and institutional art collectors in India. Presently, he lives and works in West Bengal.
