Samir Mohanty

Samir Mohanty (b. 1989, Odisha) holds an MFA in Painting from the S.N. School of Arts and Communication, Hyderabad Central University, Telangana, and a BFA in Painting from B.K. College of Art and Crafts, Bhubaneswar, Utkal University of Culture, Odisha. He is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant (Canada) in 2008 and 2011, recognizing his artistic potential.

Mohanty has participated in numerous group exhibitions across India and has earned recognition for his work in the national art scene. He currently lives and works in New Delhi.
